10/10!! I dropped and cracked the camera glass on my (Pixel 10 Pro XL) and Mobilyf was the only store in town who even told me that they were able to just replace the camera glass (and not the entire back plate of the phone). I was ready to spend around $350, but these guys assured me that they were able to just fix the glass piece for around 1/3 of the price! 3 other stores in town said it wouldn't be possible to replace only the glass, including Google's "official" repair shop in Hillside Mall. They ordered me the replacement piece which arrived in a couple of days to arrive, and they fixed it in less than an hour once it arrived. My phone is like new again 🙏🏼 Thank you guys!! ~ Todd J

Today, I brought in my Apple Watch Series 9 for screen protector removal. The screen protector was adhered to the screen via epoxy and had cracked - I was seeking assistance to remove both the protector & the epoxy underneath. Not only was the service helpful and informative, but it was exceptionally quick. I was nervous that the epoxy would not be able to be fully removed; however, all of the epoxy was cleaned from my phone with maximum precision, and there was no damage from the procedure. Additionally, I was also provided with excellent advice as to how to protect my newly-cleaned watch screen. These guys are smart, kind, and very capable - highly recommend. ~ Josh H

I went to the store to get my iphone battery replaced. Had a very reasonable pricing for the service. But apparently whilst the repair he cracked my phone screen, it was bad 🥲 but nevertheless he accepted his fault and promised to get Apple genuine display for me and has provided with a temporary display. 5 rating for the battery, the new battery is really great, I had my phone at 90% in the morning and evening its still 77%, my old battery would be 40-45% Anyways would change the rating to 5 when I get my genuine display back! Absolutely LOVED meeting the guys there yesterday. Not only were they very honest about prices, they gave me so many discounts. I had never heard of them until I broke my phone and two separate people referred me to them; completely unprompted while I was complaining about my broken phone. I also loved their sense of humour and admired their community-first based approach! I value a business that has a positive impact on their community; especially when it is a business that is completely unrelated to community care - I adore when people take pride in the businesses they run/own and hold themselves to high standards with product/service quality. Tried Mobilyf for the first time this week to repair my smashed phone screen. I was expecting a hefty quote when I walked in (as I had to repair it last summer somewhere else), but I kid you not it was HALF THE PRICE!!! Irfan even offered me a loaner phone overnight while I waited for the part order to arrive, and he was finished several hours earlier and text me when it was ready for pick up! Really genuine and honest service! We came in about 15 minutes before closing to fix my girlfriend’s phone. He stayed late to troubleshoot it, realized the screen wasn’t actually the issue, found the real problem, and fixed it without charging us anything. He simply asked us to use the phone for a couple of days and call back if the issue comes back. Really appreciate the honesty and going the extra mile. Great service and a genuinely good guy. I walked in with the power button of my phone not working. Khan quickly ordered a replacement that arrived the very next day and fixed it. I also thought for sure my screen was cracked but he told me it was just the screen protector and replaced it immediately. The entire time he was patient and transparent regarding the prices and never tried to upsell me. I walked out with my phone feeling brand new for a fair price. I highly recommend. $25 to clean my charging port. very quick service but seemed expensive for the time it took. he told me the price before starting. My charging port was working intermittently. It gets some dust in it and needs to be cleaned every +\- 6 months. I don’t normally get charged elsewhere, so I won’t be back. felt kinda ripped off. Thanks for the quick service this time ~ cj

My phone had water damage and they were able to troubleshoot it and fix it for a very reasonable price. They told me in advance how much each step would cost and approximately how long it would take. I was able to get all of my data, photos, and content back, for which I was so grateful! Hope I don't have to go back, but if I do need more cell care, I'd definitely choose them! ~ Alycia M

I brought my MacBook in for a battery replacement and was impressed with how transparent their pricing was, this included the clarity on how the deposit worked. Khan is the King! 😜 My phone completely died after a drop , I had to get a new battery and replace front and back cracked screens. My iPad was stolen and I was able to track it to Monilyf CellCare on Blanchard street in Victoria BC. The clerk was so helpful. He went through the 3 iPads he had and went through the serial numbers until we found mine. He remembered the man who brought it in. I had a terrible experience at a different repair shop a few months ago and wasn't sure if I should just get a new phone this time but I'm glad I gave them a try! Fixed my iPhone 13 screen at the best price in town even I called several locations in mayfair mall and hill side mall but they all are around $100 expensive then mobilyf! Additionally They have an excellent collection of phone cases too. Highly recommend their services. ~ nikunj a

Irfan was SO helpful, my phone charging port was broken, he was very helpful in explaining the issue to me. Rather than up charge me to replace the charging port he managed to clean out the debris and got it working again for 1/3 of the price! Huge shout out to Irfan, thanks again! ~ Alex R
